Hold the position.

One-to-one welding classes, open booth time, and performance testing for 2G, 3G, and 4G plate and 6G pipe. For welders who need the reps.

01 · The floor

Three ways onto the arc.

You bring the goal. A plate test, a 6G coupon, or a quiet hour in a booth. The shop is built around that, not a crowded classroom.

  1. Weld testing

Run the coupon in the position a job actually names: 2G, 3G, and 4G on plate, or 6G on pipe. You leave with a straight visual read: what held, what to fix, and where the bead needs another pass.

    Book a test

    Plate · pipe

  2. Welding classes, 1:1

One welder, one booth. No row of students waiting out your pass. Plate or pipe, aimed at the position you are being hired for: restarts, travel, and the joint itself.

    Book a class

    Private

  3. Booth rentals

Book the booth and put hours on the arc. Tell us the process and the position when you call, and we will say what the bay can be set for. Need more than one welder the same week? Ask what the floor can hold.

02 · The coupons

The positions we run.

These are the tests people ask for by name. Pick one. The joint, the axis, and what it asks of your hands.

Front view. The plates stand up. The bead runs sideways.

Horizontal plate.

The joint runs sideways. The puddle wants to sag off the lower toe. A steady bead stays in the groove, with even height and both ends tied in. This is the horizontal plate test.

Train 2G
Front view. The bead runs up the joint.

Vertical plate.

The joint runs up and down. Uphill gives you a shelf to build on. Downhill is faster, and it only belongs when the spec allows it. Either way the puddle wants to fall ahead of the arc. Your travel angle is the test.

Train 3G
Side view. The plate is above you. Gravity points down.

Overhead plate.

You are under the joint. Extra heat and a long arc show up immediately. Keep the arc short, pause on the toes, and let a shelf hold the puddle. Overhead is where rushing gets expensive.

Train 4G
The pipe is fixed and inclined 45°. The bead goes all the way around.

Inclined pipe.

The pipe is locked at 45 degrees. You cannot roll it. One trip around the joint moves through flat, vertical, and overhead. Shops ask for 6G when they want to see pipe.

03 · Show up

A visit is simple on purpose.

No portal. No fake countdown. You call, you land in Cocoa, you burn the position until it holds.

02

Come ready to weld

The shop is in Cocoa, Florida. We confirm the time and what to bring. Hood, jacket, gloves, and boots are the usual start. Ask if you are missing a piece.

03

Burn it until it holds

Reps first, then a clean coupon. You leave knowing what the bead did, not guessing from under the hood.
